Catering Equipment Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is open to 3663 customers within the United Kingdom. Employees of 3663 and their immediate family and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. Promotion starts at 00:01 on 1 March 2010 and ends at 23:59 on 31 December 2010.
3. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the Promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or in the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry.
5. Participation in this promotion shall be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6. Prize winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
7. Limitations of liability: neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:-
•Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion
•Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof
•Any damage to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion
•Non or late receipt of text messages or emails due to network error

Prizes

9.The prize structure is based on 7 prize levels.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the prizes at any time. Prize images are for illustrative purposes and specific makes and models may vary.
11. All rewards are subject to availability and any applicable legal rules or Terms and Conditions.
12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equal or greater value.
13. The prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of any third party supplier providing the prize, which must be accepted and complied with by the winner. The winner also acknowledges that the prize will not comprise any further or additional components including, by way of example only, the provision of spending money for a prize such as a holiday.
14. The Promoter cannot be held liable for loss or damage to the prizes caused as a direct result of misuse by the winner.
15. Manufacturer warranties will transfer to winners upon delivery. The Promoter makes no other warranty whatsoever in respect of the prizes.
16. Any instances of prizes damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours to the Customer Services team. A replacement prize will be issued following inspection of the returned item.
17. Any prize ‘faults’ after delivery and which occur within the manufacturer’s warranty period should also be reported to the Customer Services team, and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
18. Please allow 28 days for delivery of your prize.
19. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part at any time including, for the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation of any unredeemed points. In this event, you will be notified through your preferred method. We will endeavour to give you 30 days' notice of this or, if less, as much notices as we reasonably can.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time where reasonably required with or without notice.
21. The Terms and Conditions are for this Promotion only. Any other promotion that may be on the site is separate and may have additional Terms and Conditions that apply.
22. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters.
