Please note:
- Items must not be returned without prior authorisation and must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note.
- All claims must be made within 28 working days
- Returned goods must be stocked items, unused and in original packaging.
- Capital Equipment and Non-Stocked items may attract a re-stocking charge or may be non-returnable.
- The following handling charges will apply with returned items;

Warranty Repairs
All products purchased from 3663 Catering Equipment have a minimum one year parts and labour warranty.
In the unlikely event that a product fails during its warranty period please call 0370 3663 363 and we will arrange an immediate repair.
