This revolutionary design ice cream scoop is still considered one of the best and is a non-mechanical scoop made from cast aluminium with a heat conductive fluid in the handle. This is a truly unique scoop because the users hand will warm the fluid, which in turn gently defrosts the ice cream making it much easier to serve. The scoop will roll the ice cream into a ball, instead of squeezing it, which allows the scoop to serve 10% to 20% more servings per gallon. Choose from a range of 5 different size scoops.
