This dial scale is constructed from heavy gauge steel and will withstand the heaviest of use. It is marked in contrasting colours for kilograms and pounds graduations. The scale has a capacity of 10kg / 22lbs and dual reading in 50 grams / 2oz increments. It is supplied with a (22cm x 22cm) flat platter with a simple zero adjustment allowing ingredients to be weighed directly in any container.
