A high quality range of gravity feed slicer, this 25cm blade Sirman standard duty model is ideal for use in restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and bars. The compact body of the slicer is made from hard anodised aluminium making it durable and the ventilated motor will guard against overheating. There is a built in blade sharpener which will allow you to keep the blades sharp for the perfect cut and you can adjust the thickness of the cut for precision (up to 13mm cut size). The carriage runs on self lubricating bushes to ensure smooth sliding and there is a large distance between the blade and machine body to help easy cleaning. The slicer has a permanent blade rim guard and emergency stop button to provide the user with maximum safety.
