Description
Very easy to use chantry knife sharpener that was developed for and is still used in the meat processing industry. At the heart of the machine are two small butchers' steels, the same hardness, temper and cut as a professional steel. The steels are pre-set at the optimum edge angle and are spring loaded so as not to damage the knife. The knife is sharpened just after four or five runs.
