This robust C20 thermometer kit from Comark is ideal for taking temperatures in foodservice environments. The thermometer has a simple, single button operation (with large LCD display) for ease of use and a lumberg screw-locking type connector which will accommodate a wide range of thermistor probes. It has a battery life of up to 5 years, an Auto switch-off mode and there is a built in protective boot. The thermometer has Biocote antimicrobial protection which will provide an important extra level of defence against cross-contamination and it has a temperature range of -40 to +125 Celsius.
