Manufactured from stainless steel, this professional Bron Mandolin is robust, reliable and will quickly cut and slice your vegetables to the desired effect. The mandolin has 4 blades - 2 of which are selected by moving a handle on the side of the frame. One cuts julienne strips (29 at a time), the other is more suited to fries or vegetable sticks (9 at a time) and the thickness of the slice is adjusted by easy to use levers at the back. The sharp, strong corrugated blade is ideal for wavy edged vegetable slices, crisps and gaufrette potatoes. The knuckle guard holds the food during slicing and helps prevent injury.
